One of the best essays I’ve read has to be The Myth of Sisyphus by Camus. Also not forgetting the Allegory of the Cave by Plato. It might not mean much to English readers but the essay Is Nepal Small? has been the personal favorite for some time now. It’s written by Poet/ Writer extraordinaire Devkota.
